Life After Transplant LLC operates the Life After Transplant mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains what information the application does and does not collect.

Information We Do Not Collect

The application does not collect, transmit, or store protected health information (PHI) or personal information. It does not request or collect names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, medication lists, laboratory results, medical records, photographs, biometric information, or other health information. The application does not require users to create an account.

Information Stored on Your Device

The application stores only limited information locally on your device, including whether access has been authorized, whether the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have been accepted, and your progress through educational videos and activities. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Life After Transplant LLC, Amanda Ek, Westchester Medical Center, New York Medical College, or any other organization.

Analytics, Advertising, and Data Sharing

The application does not use advertising services, third-party analytics services, or tracking technologies. Life After Transplant LLC does not sell, rent, or share personal information because the application does not collect personal information.

Access Codes

Access codes are used only to limit access to the educational materials. Entered access codes are not transmitted to a server and are not associated with a user's identity or medical information.

Adult Audience

The application is intended for adult transplant recipients who are 18 years of age or older and their caregivers. It is not intended for use by children under the age of 18.

Security

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the security and integrity of the application. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security protections on their own devices.
